Mission
My mission is to empower individuals on their journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery by providing a safe, affirming, and person-centered therapeutic space. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families—including those from BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and other underserved communities—recognizing that no two journeys are alike. Each treatment is uniquely tailored to honor your lived experiences and personal goals.
Through our work together, I aim to help you enhance self-awareness, identify and shift unhelpful patterns, communicate more effectively, process trauma, and improve your overall well-being—both individually and in your relationships.
I am deeply passionate about destigmatizing mental health in BIPOC and marginalized communities and making therapy more accessible and relatable. It’s my honor to support people from all walks of life as they reconnect with themselves, build stronger boundaries, and create healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Approach
My person-centered approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their inner world, process their experiences, and grow.
My therapeutic style is integrative, drawing from a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for individuals and couples, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and work around intergenerational trauma.
I work collaboratively with each client, tailoring sessions to fit your unique needs, goals, and lived experiences. Whether you're seeking support as an individual, a couple, or a family, my goal is to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and clarity.
