OUR SPECIALTIES

Teens & Young Adults

Adolescence and early adulthood can feel overwhelming. Identity development, social pressure, academic stress, and emotional intensity often collide all at once.

We support teens navigating anxiety, depression, self-harm behaviors, emotional regulation challenges, boundary setting, and identity formation. Our approach balances compassion with accountability and skill-building.

Anxiety

Constant overthinking. Racing thoughts. Restlessness. Difficulty sleeping. Feeling “on edge” even when nothing is wrong. Anxiety can feel exhausting and relentless.

We help you understand your nervous system, reduce excessive worry, and build grounding and emotional regulation tools that actually work in real life. Together, we strengthen confidence in decision-making so anxiety no longer runs the show.

Anxiety doesn’t have to control your life.

Depression

Low motivation. Emotional heaviness. Irritability. Feeling disconnected or numb. Struggling to find joy in things that once mattered.

In therapy, we work to rebuild daily structure, identify thought patterns that deepen hopelessness, and increase emotional awareness. Our focus is restoring purpose, stability, and momentum — one step at a time.

You deserve support that helps you move from surviving to living.

Bipolar Disorder

Mood shifts can feel unpredictable and exhausting. Periods of high energy followed by deep lows can disrupt relationships, work, and daily life.

We focus on mood awareness, stability planning, routine building, identifying early warning signs, and strengthening support systems. Our goal is long-term balance through practical tools and consistent care.

Stability is possible.

Emotional Regulation & Relationship Patterns

If you react quickly and regret it later, struggle to communicate your needs, avoid conflict, fear abandonment, or often feel misunderstood — you are not alone.

We help you slow emotional responses, communicate assertively, build healthier relational patterns, and increase self-trust. Insight is important, but we also focus on practical tools you can apply immediately.

Trauma & PTSD| CPTSD

Trauma can shape how you think, feel, trust, and respond in relationships. It may show up as emotional reactivity, avoidance, hypervigilance, or feeling completely shut down.

We support you in safely processing past experiences, rebuilding a sense of control, reducing triggers, and developing healthy coping strategies. Healing also includes reconnecting with your body and emotions in a grounded way.

Healing is possible — and you don’t have to do it alone.

Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)

Intense emotions. Fear of abandonment. Relationship instability. Identity confusion. Impulsivity. Living with BPD can feel overwhelming and misunderstood.

We provide structured, skill-based therapy focused on emotional regulation, distress tolerance, boundary development, and healthier relationship patterns. Accountability and consistency are central to our work.

You are not “too much.” You deserve steady, compassionate, and skill-focused care.

Marriage | family therapy

Marriage and Family Therapy focuses on improving relationships by addressing communication patterns, conflict, and family dynamics. Therapy provides a supportive space for individuals, couples, and families to better understand one another, strengthen emotional connections, and develop healthier ways of relating.

Together, we work to build practical tools for communication, navigate challenges, and create more supportive and balanced relationships.
