Jade Glover, LMFT

I’m Jade — wife, homeschooling mama to a big, beautiful family, and the founder of Bee Courageous Counseling. I wear a lot of hats, but at the core of all of them is the same value: courage.

I believe healing isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you feel more grounded, more regulated, and more confident in who you already are.

As a therapist, I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, bipolar disorder, and major life transitions. I’m especially passionate about helping clients who feel emotionally overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break. I understand what it’s like to carry a lot — responsibility, expectations, invisible mental load — and still show up every day.

My style is direct but nurturing. Structured but compassionate. I will validate you, but I will also challenge you. Growth requires both.

I take a nervous-system informed, trauma-aware approach. We focus on emotional regulation, self-awareness, boundaries, and practical tools you can use outside of session. Therapy with me isn’t just talking — it’s learning how to respond differently when life gets loud.

I built Bee Courageous Counseling with intention. It reflects who I am — grounded in faith, rooted in resilience, and focused on helping people heal in real, sustainable ways. Everything I create — from policies to branding to client care — is structured and purposeful. I value consistency, accountability, and showing up fully in the work.

Outside of therapy, I’m entrepreneurial at heart. I’m always building, expanding, learning, and creating. I care deeply about family, community, and doing things with excellence. My life is full — and I love helping other people build lives that feel full in the right ways too.

Healing takes courage.

And if you’re here, you already have it. 🐝

Guy Glover, Office Manager

As the Office Manager at Bee Courage Counseling, I am dedicated to ensuring that every client's experience begins with a sense of calm and welcome from the very first interaction. I oversee the daily operations of our practice, from scheduling appointments to managing communications, so our therapists can focus entirely on providing you with exceptional care. My goal is to create an organized and supportive environment where both clients and clinicians feel comfortable and valued. I understand that reaching out for support takes immense courage, and I am here to make the administrative side of that journey as smooth and stress-free as possible. Whether you have a question about billing or need assistance with scheduling your next session, I am always happy to help. I believe that a warm, friendly face at the front desk is the first step toward building a trusting therapeutic relationship. Outside of the office, I enjoy coaching youth sports and listening to hours of podcasts about science and history, which helps me maintain my own sense of balance. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting your path toward healing and growth

Our Approach

At Bee Courageous Counseling, therapy is not about labeling you or “fixing” you. It’s about helping you feel more grounded, regulated, and confident in how you respond to life.

We take a holistic, trauma-informed approach — recognizing that your thoughts, emotions, nervous system, relationships, and lived experiences are all connected. Therapy is tailored to your unique needs, not a one-size-fits-all model.

By integrating evidence-based techniques with mindfulness and nervous-system regulation tools, we help you:

• Build emotional resilience
• Challenge unhelpful thought patterns
• Understand triggers and behavioral cycles
• Develop healthier coping strategie
• Strengthen boundaries and self-trust

Our work is both compassionate and structured. You will feel validated — and you will be challenged to grow. We believe real change happens when insight is paired with practical tools you can use outside of session.

Therapy with us is collaborative and intentional. The goal is not temporary relief, but sustainable growth, deeper self-awareness, and the confidence to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and courage.

Healing is possible. And you don’t have to do it alone. 🐝
